Professional Education Scholarship
Designed to foster autonomy and economic empowerment, this scholarship provides survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence with the financial support needed to attend trade school, gain tangible career skills, and build a secure, self-determined future.
Eligibility Requirements:
Who can apply
Identifies as a survivor of human trafficking or domestic violence, supported by a brief referral letter from a case manager, counselor, shelter, or non-profit partner.
Must hold a High School Diploma or GED (or be actively working toward completing their GED).
Expresses a clear desire to pursue a specific trade or vocational skill (e.g., cosmetology, culinary arts, automotive technology, dental assisting, IT certifications).
A statement from their case worker confirming that the applicant is in a safe, stable position to mentally and physically commit to a training program.
Applications open in January and close end of April.
